central locationlost requestbrick wall
the location was pretty central to everything i needed, a true win.
this hotels level of attentiveness really tested me. i requested extra towels, but it seems my request got lost in the abyss. also, the promised city view from my room turned out to face a brick wall, a special kind of disappointment. im really hopin' they address these hiccups.

shower temperaturestreet noise
I found several issues . the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, turning scalding hot and then ice cold without warning. this. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise late into the night, disruptive. the minibar was empty. i also thought the gym lacked basic equipment.

adequate stay , but with some issues

small roominstant coffee
the room size was smaller than expected . the breakfast buffet seemed basic , especially since i had to pay extra for pastries that looked appealing but were not included. additionally , the lack of coffee maker in the room was disappointing , and the instant coffee provided was not ideal. but i was disturbed by the noise level.
